Never again, had to ask for refrigerator, no heat, electricity failure television problem, no internet connection- disaster

Ich suchte eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in ZH Altstetten für 1 Nacht. Dabei sind für mich die Nähe (erreichbar zu Fuss), sowie der gute Anschluss an den öffentlichen Verkehr sehr wichtig. Beides wurde bestens erfüllt und der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Beim Check in bekam ich ein tolles Upgrade auf Junior-Suite. Das Zimmer war sehr toll, leider war ich nur eine Nacht da. Die Fenster sind leider nicht sehr luft- und lärmdicht. Die Türen in den Gängen fallen sehr laut ins Schloss, das hört man sehr gut im Zimmer. Ansonsten tolles Hotel und gutes Frühstück.

Super rapport qualité/prix. Calme, propre et personnel aimable. Restaurant de bonne qualité. Seuls petits bémols: accès entre le parking et la réception à l'arrivée difficile (porte verrouillée) et chauffage dans les chambres trop intensif.
