Definately will stay again!!

We had (2) rooms and they were both clean and up-to-date. Wonderful beds. Plenty of pillows. Bathrooms have a good setup and were very clean.The front desk personal was very attentive and knew the surrounding area well. I do admit that all the hallway carpets needed to be restretched. There were quite a few lumps in them.

I came for a stayka, a mom and son weekend and we enjoyed it. the pool was nice, and the hot tub wasn't hot but warm but still nice. rooms were spotless.

We had such a great time for our overnight stay. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It was really kid friendly (even little kid) with the pool and game areas. The breakfast with sufficient/good. Rooms were comfortable and clean. No issues at all. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This was a great hotel to stay at. Rooms were clean and quiet. Had everything one would need for any type of stay (microwave, fridge, iron, desk, sitting area, bathroom supplies, coffee/tea options in room, wifi, etc.). Stayed just one night, so limited time and did not use the pool. Did play some shuffleboard in the game room, which was nicely equipped and in working order. Close location to University of Michigan. Enjoyed a delicious dinner from the Palms Palace Restaurant across the street. Staff at hotel were kind and helpful. Breakfast was included and had the basics. Limited access time for breakfast (7-10am only). Would definitely stay here if in the area again.

Fire alarms going off due to over cooked food at 6am was definitely not the best thing ever. But decent hotel, it was clean, staff is all super nice. Breakfast needed more fresh fruit options.

My husband and I stayed overnight recently and although we had a minor issue with the front desk the manager Leigh was extremely kind and rectified the situation. I would definitely stay in the future and recommend this location.

Proximity to my destination was great. However, the girl who checked me in only put me in for one night so my keys were not valid the next day. Also the heating system was extremely noisy and was blowing cold air. Upon checkout, I was not asked how my stay was. All I was asked was if I was checking out. The woman took the key cards and said you’re all good. Did not even thank me.

Fast check in, the ladie I checked in with was very attentive, manager material. Hotel was clean, comfortable and everyone there was great. Besides minor things that did not affect our stay in any way shape or form. The second clerk just needs to pay a little better attention to the reg card he’s grabbing (I work front desk), he had another guest sign my reg card but my clerk was on top of it and well aware. Aside from that, friendly and quick check in. Clean property. Easy access to the room from entrance. And we had one bulb out and one flickering but stuff like that does not affect a hotel stay, ever. It’s minor issues. The place was great.

Spotless Clean Hotel/Comfortable Room

The hotel is spotless clean and the one-bedroom room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We loved everything about the hotel and room 1217 except for the shower. The water pressure/shower head is terrible, the water just dibbled out and was very hard to remove all the soap.
