Centrally located

Pros: Location and roof top swimming pool.
Cons: Everything was fine.
Location: Convenient for city centre with shops and transport connections.
Very convenient for the city centre and train station which is 5 minuted walk away. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good sized bedrooms. I arrived very early from the airport and was surprised that I could be booked into my bedroom immediately.

City centre hotel

Pros: Location Room facilities and the pool
Cons: Pool needs toilets and shower near it.
Location: Near to shopping and restaurants central rail station for air train.
Hotel was close to city centre walking distance to central station also handy for airport transfers. Hotel also had train tickets and times which was also useful to us. Pool was good to cool off after or before heading out to the sunshine. Restaurant was excellent staff very friendly.

Basic

The room was minimally furnished and poorly equipped. The public rooms were very nice, but the bedroom we had was in need of a refurb. For two mornings out of three, bearing in mind that we left on the third morning, they failed to make up our room, despite the sign being hung on the door. The first time we returned too late to have it done, despite it being reported, but they left it again the next day! Eventually that day it was done. When checking out, we complained again at reception, but were told to report our complaint on a sheet they supplied and we would be contacted by e mail. 4 days later we have heard nothing. Do they care?
