Pros: Nothing
Cons: Cleanliness,staff attitude,kettle in the rooms,update website to show what the rooms really are like and make sure all rooms have curtains
Location: Location ok
We arrived early morning to the hotel and were advised we could leave our luggage and gaven them all the details of our booking. As far as we were concerned we had booked in but not allowed access to our rooms until after 2pm - which was fine. On our return to the hotel later in the evening we were handed the keys to our rooms!!! We had booked 2 Queen Double Bedrooms through the drop down on our booking. We were given 2 twin rooms in the Attic that were freezing cold - the heating was turned off and in December with snowing coming down would had expected the rooms to be warm! - they were both dirty and one without curtains!!!! We advised reception of this and she was most unhelpful saying that there were very few rooms left - we were given keys to 3 other rooms to look at which were all Twin smaller and in the same cold and dirty state!!!!!! The rooms in no way resembled the photos on their website. Had we been able to book somewhere else we would have but as we were at the height of the Christmas Market Season and with snow coming down which and fast we were left with no option other than to stay - so incredibly upset and disappointed to have not been given the rooms we ordered and had to put up with situation! Once you returned to your rooms there was not facility for tea or coffee which is not acceptable,

Für ein NICHT RAUCHER Hotel hat es sehr nach Rauch gerochen inkl. Bettwäsche! Saubberkeit im Hotelzimmer war auch schlecht. Laute Türen vom Hotelzimmer und Hotelgang. Würde dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Gute Lage, ruhig. Einzelzimmer hatte 4 Betten, deshalb kaum Platz um zum Fenster zu kommen, Vorhänge schliessen, Fenster öffnen
