A 3 star full board at best

The hotel is situated on a lovely bay - that is its best quality. Although described as an all inclusive, food is only available during meal times and many of the drinks have to be bought. Even the safe in the room has to be paid for. There is an empty fridge in the room and nothing in terms of food or drink, not even a kettle. The beach towels require a deposit. The beach is nice but terribly crowded and by 7am there are no free hotel sunbirds left....although you can pay to use a sunbed right next to the hotel ones. The pool is ok but the reviews about the broken tiles are right. Some areas of missing tiles are so large that they have fixed large bathroom tiles to the pool floor with large empty gaps around. There are wasps everywhere, which could be explained by the wasps nests all over the hotel that have not been taken care of. We had a non sea view room, which was dark, basic and pretty unpleasant. The fixtures and fittings were old and dirty. We were told by other guests that the sea view rooms were much nicer. The buffet food is ok but nothing more.

Normalerweise gebe ich selten Bewertungen nach Hotelaufenthalten, da ich dieses Mal aber ziemlich enttäuscht wurde möchte ich meine Erfahrung teilen: Positiv: öffentliche Anlagen (Pool, Eingang, Restaurant) ansprechend und schön anzusehen. Direkter Meerzugang mit schönem Strand und sauberem, klarem Wasser. Negativ: - Empfang unfreundlich, gestresst ohne Orientierung zum Hotelautaufenthalt (Bsp Essenszeiten vom Restaurant, Aufbau der Anlange etc). Wenig Hilfsbereitschaft für Gäste bei Auskünften bezüglich Ausflügen, Autovermietung etc. Wenig Entgegenkommen nach Reklamation unsererseits und Anfrage auf einen Zimmerwechsel (obwohl auf der Homepage ein grösseres Zimmer frei gewesen wäre) - Zimmer: sehr enttäuschend da winzig, stinkt, Dusche klein, Telefon defekt, wenig Ablagefläche für Koffer, Fotos auf der Homepage täuschen - Essen und Trinken: Restaurant Tortuga geschlossen trotz Hauptsaison, daher musste man in der Kantine vom Buffet essen. Fettiges, unansprechendes und ungesundes Essen. Chaotische Organisation, überfüllt, nur bis 21:30 möglich zu Essen danach wird das Buffet sofort abgeräumt. Einmalig wurde Leitungswasser als Trinkwasser serviert da kein Wasser aus der Flasche vorhanden. Frühstück war ok. Getränke mässig vorallem Kaffee und alkoholische Getränke verdünnt. - Knappe Anzahl Liegestühle vor allem am Strand

Top Lage, schöner Strand, sehr nettes und vielsprachiges Personal. Gutes Essen, jedoch nicht sehr vielfältig, Getränke eher wässrig.
