Sehr nettes Personal. Ob an der Rezeption oder beim Frühstück, alle waren äusserst nett. Das Frühstücksbuffet war der Hammer. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Würde das Haus jedem Empfehlen. Danke

Steigenberger hat (eigentlich) einen guten Namen und wir waren bislang immer zufrieden. Deidesheim müsste dringend verbessert werden. Das deckt sich auch mit vielen Kommentaren im Netz, ich muss es leider bestätigen. Mal abgesehen von den Corona-Regeln, die natürlich eingehalten und umgesetzt werden müssen, ist es nicht hinnehmbar, in einem 4-Sterne Haus (mitten im Weinberg am Ortsrand) am Nachmittag bei der Frage nach einer Reservierung zum Abendessen mit der Bemerkung stehengelassen zu werden: tut mir leid, wir sind ausgebucht. Müssen's halt mal schauen... Platz wäre genug gewesen, muss man halt die Leute im Haus verteilen, die werden gern etwas länger als gewohnt warten, wenn die Wege weiter werden. Wir waren dann im Deidesheimer Hof. Das Zimmer ist düster, ziemlich abgewohnt, die Minibar ist leer (Corona), dass Zimmer wird nicht gereinigt (Corona), das Bettlaken hatte Löcher, die Kissen und Decken waren dünn und alt usw. usf.. Der Preis bleibt aber der Gleiche. Pluspunkt: sehr gutes Essen am ersten Abend. Sorry, war nicht der Hit. Vielleicht ein andermal. Nach einer Renovierung. P.S. 3 Stunden lang hat jemand im Garten mit einem Laubbläser gearbeitet...auch über die Mittagszeit. Herrlich laut. Der gehöre nicht zum Haus, sagte man mir...

...wie kann die Deutsche Hospiltiy es dulden - solch Leistungen insbesondere die gesamte Zimmerkonzeption heutzutage Gästen anzubieten/zu verkaufen. Die Zimmer sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß und könnten wenigstens durch Pflege und kontinuierlicher Beseitigung von Mängeln dem "Brand" Steigenberger ein wenig gerechter werden...

Freundlicher Service, sehr gutes Frühstück, saubere und zweckmässige Zimmer. Sehr schwach war das WLAN (Deidesheim hat noch kein Glasfaserkabel, entsprechend langsam ist das WLAN im Hotel) und die morgendliche Dusche war doch teils sehr "erfrischend" - je nach dem wie viele Gäste gerade aktiv waren.
