Relaxing weekend break visiting friends

Hotel was fine. Like many hotels, could do with a freshen up of paintwork etc. Barman Joao (think this is right) was very friendly, polite and helpful.

Staff make the day

The best asset I found in this hotel was the staff. I was very impressed with all of them, a smile and knowing your name helps to make it a enjoyable experience. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. The one downside was the internet charge, expensive and certainly not as fast as the brochure claims. The cost may be ok for business people (they can claim back) but for non business, is the charge reasonable.........NO

not happy!!!!!

I was very dissappointed when I went to check out of the hotel on sunday and was informed that two of the rooms had not be paid for!!!! even though I had paid [...] in full. I had to leave my credit card number in order to leave the hotel!! I still dont know if Iv been charged twice!! The girl i dealt with is off for a few days.
