Shipmaster Villa - tilava 3BR, 3 kylpy Golf-näkymä Villa, jossa on tennis ja allas

Sijaitsee Shipyard Plantation, 1001 Shipmaster on valoisa 3 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpy end yksikkö kaupunkiasunto, joka on äskettäin täysin päivitetty. Villa, jossa on laguuni ja golfnäkymät, on vain lyhyen 10 minuutin kävelymatkan tai 2 min pyöräretkelle Shipyardin rannalle. Kaksi polkupyörää on mukana. Shipmasterissa on sekä uima-allas että tenniskenttä yksinomaan omistajien ja heidän vieraidensa käyttöön.

Koko huvila on tilava ja sisustettu viihtyisällä rannikkotyylillä, jossa on kolme makuuhuonetta:
Master Main - King (uusi patja 2019, Marriott laatu), patio
2. kerros edessä Master - King ja Twin, parveke
2. kerros Taka Master - kaksi täyttä vuodetta, parveke

Arvostamme vieraita ja heidän suosituksiaan! Vuonna 2018 lisäsimme jokaisen makuuhuoneen kattotuulettimet ja suuret tv-televisiot, uuden kerroksen päällikön kuninkaallinen patja, "todellinen" kuninkaallinen patja yläkerran makuuhuoneessa, patiojoukossa ja uusi LVI-järjestelmä.

Haluaisimme, että sinä ja perheesi rentoutuisivat, rentoutuisivat, tekevät ihania muistoja ja nauttivat kaikesta, mitä HHI: llä on tarjottavanaan!
Tämä huvila sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Shipyard Golf Course (golfkeskus). Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huvilassa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

This was our second stay here and we had the absolute best time and cant wait for another opportunity to come back! We have lots of young kids so with that in mind: its a quickest little walk or drive to beach access, a beach locker with sand toys and beach chairs so we arent dragging them far or bringing our own, very short walk to pool and to play pickleball and look for alligators. Location is excellent in general if you want to drive somewhere. House itself has a great layout, plenty of space to spread out and places to sleep kiddos. Plenty of supplies, very clean and super comfortable beds. Lots of wonderful touches like box fans in the bedrooms, portable crib, high chair, wheeled cooler. Its so easy as parents to ACTUALLY feel like we are on vacation too. 100% feels like a true home away from home!

Beautiful villa. Nicely decorated and comfortable furniture. Plenty of seating for everyone. Easy 15min walk to beach. Pool was nice. The kitchen was the most well stocked with cooking and serving dishes. We have stayed at many VRBOs and usually have to buy something that’s missing, but not this time. Would definitely stay here again.

This townhome is amazing! From the front parking, lovely courtyard, spacious suites (with their own bathrooms), outside patios, stocked kitchen, TVs, games, location, beach club entrance, bike paths, pool; tastefully decorated, clean, very clean & even more. This was a ladies trip for adventure. We biked, explored nature trails shopped, beach walking, Island hopping, lighthouse climbing, boating, relaxing, fun, fun fun,. How lucky we were to have this place!

Check in was effortless. The kitchen was nice, well stocked with essential kitchen stuff. The house was very clean, nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Easy drive to the beach, it was nice to have a beach parking pass. Loved the beach locker. Lynn was quick to respond to any texts.

Perfect for our family

Our stay was wonderful! Lynn was the best host. My Dad is a golfer so on the golf course was perfect. Lynn also provided great golf recommendations. Grab bars in downstairs bath and a bedroom downstairs is just what we needed for my Dad and Stepmom. Would like to stay again and highly recommend.

Lynn was so gracious and very communicative. Answered all my questions before and after our stay. The condo was immaculate and so beautifully decorated. Wonderful stay

House was very comfy with plenty of room for our family. Our host provided amenities such as beach chairs and towels and reached out beforehand with useful information to prepare us for our trip. She was also incredibly responsive to our needs when Tropical Storm Debby hit Hilton Head a day after we arrived. Plenty of games and puzzles to keep us entertained during the rainy days. We would stay again.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful villa in Shipyard, Hilton Head

My mom and I rented this villa in Shipyard community in Hilton head & we had 3 teen girls stay with us. My daughter and her friends who stayed with us were around 17, and the bedroom upstairs with a king bed and a twin bed was great for them. Esp because it came with a full bathroom (bathroom is small). My mom has trouble walking up stairs, so she stayed in main floor master bedroom, which had a nice big master bathroom. I stayed in the other bedroom upstairs w/its own bathroom. We really loved that all of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms, especially with so many girls lol. This villa is exactly like the pictures, so pretty and beautifully decorated. All of us loved the beachy decor, and the layout of the villa. The updates that have been done to this villa are beautiful and it’s a very relaxing, quiet and wonderful place to stay for vacation. All of the beds were very comfy & we loved how many bath towels, wash cloths, and other items were provided at this villa. We cooked many meals in the villa while we stayed at Hilton head and we loved the updated kitchen so much. Villa had everything we needed, & was very clean. A safe community that is gated. Appliances worked great, washer, & dryer etc.The bike trails within Shipyard are great! I’d highly recommend renting bikes from one of the bike rental places that deliver the bikes and pick them up. Lynn was kind enough to suggest bike rental places. Lynn was the best! Lynn was wonderful. She was very kind and so helpful. Ty!

Awesome property and host!

Property is in perfect location for biking and meals and beach. Super clean and Lynn is so easy to work with. Highly recommend this property for a family of 4-6 people, plenty of room, beds and privacy for everyone.

Fantastic vacation

My family stated for a week and everything was perfect. Great location! A 7-10 min walk to the beach or bike ride to the beach in minutes! You can also drive to the beach because the beach parking is included. Having the locker at the beach was a HUGE bonus. We did not have to carry chairs or toys from the house- you can store what you need in the locker. The house was clean and cool and Lynn has everything you need there! Spacious rooms and the layout was just perfect for 5 adults. Kitchen was well equipped- we made dinner most nights. I had so many questions once I got there and Lynn answered all of the questions right away. Shipyard is located in a more quiet area of HH. The beach area gets crowded right at the beach access area but if you walk just a little more north, you can get away from the crowds if that’s what you want. House was fantastic and I also loved the location as well. I will definitely come back!!! Thank you, Lynn!

What a fabulous property with excellent amenities and location! Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our week at Lynn’s lovely rental. She knew my mom is battling lung cancer and made some very helpful accommodations to help my mom’s stay be more enjoyable! The property is located in a beautiful gated community. The home is stocked well with anything you could need. The beach lockers spoiled us for the week! Not a ton of hauling chairs in and out of cars all week. Everything was better than expected. Lynn treats her guest like family! Thank you, Lynn🙏
