Our fire place wasnt working. We reported it to the front desk and they upgraded our suite. The newly renovated rooms are nice and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and accomodating. We will be back. Thank you!

Pros: The Staff was fantastic! Check in and check out was a breeze! The room was awesome, we loves the space and the jet tub was AMAZING! In fact that was the whole reason why we booked at this hotel, and it was worth it. Cons: There are only 2 issues that we had. The first was the smell. I cannot even describe what it was, but it was horrible! It permeated our clothes and the sheets/pillow cases. The second issue was the mattress! The mattress was rock hard. I’m sure some people like a very firm mattress, but my husband and I have a soft Tempur-pedic mattress, so we could hardly move in the mornings! We would love to try again, maybe in a beach front room with a balcony. Just worried about the mattress! LOL 😂
