Our room had a substantial "partial ocean view". The jetted tub was large, clean and accommodating. We appreciated the fireplace for warmth and coziness. Finishes were solid, giving the room a less "corporate" hotel feel. Large shower was set up for two. Perfect for a getaway.

Fireplace not working, we were advised at check in. My biggest concern is there was no chair! The bed was ok but really not comfortable to just seat on the side. You need to install higher toilets. Definitely in the ADU rooms or least a few rooms. We totally enjoy the view and everyone was so friendly!

The room was too hot and there was no way to change the temperature, the TV didn’t work, and the windows didn’t roll up, so there was no way to cool down the room.

There was no central air this would’ve been ok but we couldn’t open the doors door air to cool down the room as we discovered bugs start flying in there were no screens. Our floor was completely soaking wet when we arrived and the room had a horrible smell I assumed the people before us did something and housekeeping tried to clean it up but the carpet never dried. I did tell the gentleman upfront about this but there were people in front of me complaining about their rooms so I know he was overwhelmed.

Multiple things, first I’m not recommending this hotel anymore. Not recommended to use Expedia anymore. With my experience both used their trust. When I’m ordered hotel, I’m looking only with jacuzzi and ocean view. When I’m when I checked into the hotel, I have no jacuzzi and no view, paid another 111.15$ to upgrade. And it’s not a first time, on same hotel and only if using Expedia app. I’m traveling allot and everywhere on the world, I’m really tired having surprises all the time when I’m using Expedia. Not taking about ” best best ever in the world ” customer service… Thanks, for your help. On the future will find my trips and hotels with better prices and better service. Will delete your app soon, and never ever use again! Newer ever recommend again! Horel have couple problems, almost all the walls being scratched and dirty. Shaver have some other people hair everywhere. Jacuzzi jets, only 2 worked properly instead 10 or 12. With my 331.63$ paid to Expedia and 111.15$ on deck. For two days, on week days. That too much, for that service and surprises. Hope you’re having wonderful time! Will probably not ever talk to you again! Good business and good service, provide you a good life and good time! Please remember that!
