Apart from a dodgy TV Arial the stay was reasonable would stay again as prices are reasonable good and in a quite location the owners are lovely and kind but it is slightly a travel from town

Great location close to airport

New owners were really welcoming and there was a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Fantastically comfortable bed although room decor was dated and not a very powerful shower. Food was excellent! Would definitely stay there again.

overpriced rip off

Pros: The bed was comfortable. A separate heater to use if I got cold.
Cons: At dinner we were told they had sold the hotel and were running down the stock. That would be the greatest improvement.
Location: It is a short walk to the airport, going anywhere else required transport.
Not enough room for giving my experience. When I went to the hotel, I decided to eat something. After looking at the menu, I went to the bar and asked for the meal. The man was quite vague as to his stock and was not sure if he had any burgers, he said someone was out buying stock and would be back shortly. I went back to my table and waited for the meal to arrive, I had given alternatives if there were no burgers. The burger arrived and it was enjoyable. When I collected my friends, I had booked an overnight stay as it make to trips to Newquay. When I arrived, I found the hotel was locked, but I could see two people eating and I had an unpleasant look from one, the other got up to open the door to see what I wanted, when I told him I wanted to book in, they had a discussion on who was going to leave their food to book me in, the man who answered the door said he would attend to me and so we went in. The booking desk was quite dark, so I had move away to the entrance to get to read the booking in questions, after that he told me where the room was and times of breakfast. I had booked the room online and selected a double, and the bed was quite comfortable. There was a sink in the bedroom, shower and toilet in a separate room. In the morning, I went for a shower and no hot water, so had go and find why, I found the light switch and turned it on. There was no information about this and it was not mentioned when I checked in.
