hanging gardens of Oban

Pros: The view over Oban Bay
Cons: Complete renovation including cleaning of gutters
Location: Been to Oban many times and enjoyed the scenery and the town
When we got to our first room my wife could not see over the hotel parapet. We moved to the 4th floor ans view from room was perfect apart from the grass hanging from the gutters some at least 18 inches in length. I asked for a small plastic stool for my wife to use in shower-none available. I decided to have a shower and the door was off the bottom runner- so to dangerous for my wife to use Spoke to duty manager when having dinner and all we got was a free drink. For what we paid for B&B is far to expensive for what we experienced and in future will go elsewhere. Regards Tom Marshall I

It was for a place to sleep to catch early morning ferry late arrival early departure. Overnight sleep so no real chance to experience other facilities. Price was good for time of year. Decor very tired in places hotel in need of some modernising.

we stayed for our 30th wedding anniversary

Pros: the hotel is a five minute walk to the shops and all amenities
Cons: nothing it was fantastic
Location: good walks along the water front. great restaurants and right next to the pier for all boats to the islands.
we stayed for two nights 11 till 13 november the hotel was nice and central the staff were very freindly the rooms are a bit dated but were clean and the bed was very comfy . the bands they had on the friday and saturday were fantastic we would highly recommend this hotel .

Liegt am Yachthafen, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zimmer war Richtung Hinterhof, Lärm von der Küche. Bett gut.
