Close to Plymouth Hoe

Suited our needs for MTV crashes at the Hoe, good nights sleep and couldn’t fault the Breakfast

Cheap and cheerful

Comfortable, not modern furnishings but fitted the bill with a very good breakfast. Shared shower rather noisy as next to our bedroom.

A warm welcome and so close to the seafront

Pros: Its situation so close to the seafront and the very friendly welcome.
Cons: There is scope for a little updating here and there
Location: The location is ideal if you want to dip into all the facilities on the Hoe and enjoy the fabulous views.
We booked a twin bedroom at short notice, delighted at how spacious it was and happy with the nautical theme. The guest house is only a few minutes' walk from the seafront with waterfront cafes and views across Plymouth Hoe. Wendy made us feel so welcome. There was a vase of fresh roses and carnations in the middle of the biggest round breakfast table we'd ever seen and plenty of choice from a full English breakfast to vegetarian or continental. Parking can be an issue but Wendy can supply an overnight parking permit for £5, or you can park free from 4pm until 10am the following day just a short walk away. All in all, we can strongly recommend this guest house for its ideal location and excellent value for money .

I have been charged £55.00 for 1 night to stay when the rate was £25:00. Paid the money on arrival and have been charged on my card!!! Not very happy could have stayed in a hotel for the money and how will I get the refund??
