Hallo lieber Kunde, wir bedauern aufrichtig, was während Ihres Aufenthalts in unserem Hotel passiert ist. Einer der Aspekte, der uns auszeichnet, ist die freundliche Aufmerksamkeit der Mitglieder unseres Teams. Ich nehme alle Ihre Zeichen zur Kenntnis, um mich immer zu verbessern und die volle Zufriedenheit unserer Gäste zu erreichen. Ich stelle auch direkten Kontakt her es gibt eine entsprechende Abteilung um eine sofortige Lösung zu finden, bezüglich Internetdiensten und ein Safe kostet zusätzliche Kosten, da diese nicht Teil der Pauschale sind.
