Perfect Spot for a Quiet Relaxing Getaway

The property is very nice and well-maintained with plenty of scenic views. It’s in a location that’s secluded, but also not too far from town.

If u need wifi- this isn't for u!

Nice scenery in front. The back area needs attention for sure.. Dead trees & bushes all around. House was good. 1 bedroom(master) has a good mattress.. but not the other room.. not good for adults. But would be fine for kids.. more like a sofa pull-out.. Kitchen was very bare.. meaning there was nothing! We didn't need to cook or anything so it was not a problem. And the wifi is horrible. I literally would start receiving text after leaving the house & we were connected to the network. Overall it was fine though. 🙂

Perfect for our stay

Great place to stay!!!

This is the only place I stay when wanting to visit the area. The location is so nice when wanting to visit Wimberly, San Marcus, New Branfuels or even Fredericksburg. The country setting is very relaxing.

CUTE HOUSE

My stay was very enjoyable i did get slightly panicked about how check in worked but it all worked its way out. I have had more communication with the property owners at others stays. But I understand that they may have alot more properties than others. The country view is absolutely gorgeous I loved every bit of it.

Getaway with friends

This home is a gem! We had a wonderful two night stay with friends. We enjoyed shopping in Wimbley, explored Jacob’s well, shopped and ate in Greune, and went to a concert at the Whitewater Apitheatre. Everything was within a 15 minute drive. The house was extremely clean, had everything we needed, and was so cute! We will definitely return!

Cute little house that was perfect for our girl's trip to float the river. House was clean and wonderfully decorated with a very confortable feel. Beautiful scenery out in the country which was calming and so relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean and nice. Perfect size for a couples getaway. The house was supplied with everything we needed. The details on the listing was pretty accurate other than it’s not secluded. There is another house on the property that appeared to be a daily living home. Also there were houses on the next property pretty close to the house we were in. Not exactly what we expected from the pictures and details.

Great hide away!

My wife and I happened to find this jewel after a last-minute purchase of Randy Rogers tickets, playing at Whitewater Amphitheater (5 min away). We wanted a place as close to Whitewater as possible, but also close to other Hill Country favorites, like Wimberly (5 min away - any and all shopping you’ll ever need. Most importantly, I wanted privacy, i.e. space from other VRBOs/houses, etc. Having a place with a beautiful hill country landscape was icing on the cake for our much needed unwind weekend. Vacasa, a 2 bedroom/2 bath with an open full kitchen/living layout checked all the boxes on our want list, and more. What a great hideout, perfectly located for hill country visits to local towns, Whitewtaer concerts, Guadalupe River floats, or long hill country wildflower drives, which we did - all the way to Llano for an incredible afternoon meal at Badu 1891. We were back at Vacasa relaxing on the back patio by 8 PM. Pure Hill Country Peacefulness! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for others to recharge. God Bless Texas!!! -Beau

Wonderful little property. Perfect for a weekend away with my spouse. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly serviceable for easy meal prep. It wouldn't be a good kitchen for a lot of heavy cooking but it handled basics just fine. We would certainly consider staying here again.

This was a cute little hideaway cabin just as described. It was very clean, easy check in and check out. We saw deer every day. It was so peaceful and quite. We had a wonderful 22nd Anniversary ❤️

Great location / super clean

Very spacious.. clean and secluded. The ability to have such seclusion and be so close to Wimberley, San Marcos and many food establishments makes it the perfect anniversary spot. Highly recommend!

This property was very clean and roomy. Nice size backyard. Was able to have a fire to sit by. Everything we needed was provide except maybe more rolls of toliet paper for bigger families. Very quiet and relaxing. Plenty of things to do that are not that far of drive from the house. Will be ataying again :)

We didn’t stay , we tried to get a hold of the property manager all weekend still haven’t heard back , the pictures online showed 3 beds , only had 2 , we needed 3 beds , didn’t stay and still have not heard from anyone
