Der Empfang war leider nicht so gut. Der junge Herr wusste nicht welches Zimmer wir gebucht hatten und musste lange suchen. Er wollte auch das wir noch einmal bezahlen, obwohl das Zimmer schon bezahlt wurde… die Freundlichkeit war sehr schwankend. Die Lage ist perfekt, es gibt ein Parking. Wir hatten das Appartement gebucht; das Zimmer ist gross und sehr sauber, Das Badezimmer ist leider sehr dunkel. In Allem war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Tolles Hotel mit super Lage. Zu empfehlen wäre an der Rezeption eine 2. Besetzung bei grossem Andrang. War leider am Nachmittag extrem voll, mit langer Wartezeit.

Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr groß -Preis /Leistung für das Zimmer wirklich hervorragend!Das Bett ist super bequem und es gibt eine Auswahl an Kissen. Bequeme Sessel bieten eine tolle Sitzgelegenheit und die Beleuchtung ist toll mit indirektem Licht und Stehlampen gelöst. Die Toilette im Zimmer 506 war seperat -fand ich auch toll ! Der Teufel steckt meist im Detail ,bzw bei mir schon bei der Ankunft am Counter in Form einer wirklich nicht hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterin -diese begleitete mich die ganzen 4 Nächte und wie soll ich sagen ,man musste sich abfinden ,dass dies wohl einfach ihr Charme war und man keine Informationen /Hilfsbereitschaft groß von ihr aus erwarten kann . Im Zimmer steckte er in Form des nicht vorhandenen Schrankes -es gibt nur ein offenes Gestell (für mehrere Tage schon etwas blöd ) ,aber wenn’s Mans weiß -vollkommen ok . Die Sauberkeit war ok ,aber ja an ein paar Haare und Glückskeksbotschaften im Bad muss man sich schon einstellen .Housekeeping etwas dürftig -kurz Bett aufschütteln und Grob durchsaugen.... Die Heizung ist die Klimananlage ,schwierig zu koordinieren das Bad warm zu bekommen in den Wintermonaten.Es gibt keine Minibar,aber man kann an der Rezeption Getränke und Snacks kaufen. Ich finde das Zimmer super gelegen in Ulm und wenn man sich auf die Mankos einstellt ,würde ich es wieder buchen. Ich würde dringend das Personal besser Schulen um den Gästen mehr Freundlichkeit ,Service und Gastfreundschaft zu bieten.

Das Zimmer war tiptop sauber. Sehr schön eingerichtet und zentral gelegen. Für die super Lage schön ruhig. Der Zimmerservice war sehr oberflächlich und früh. Am Abreisetag ist es nicht nötig um 8Uhr die Betten zu machen. Dafür kamen sie 2x am Tag... Check in und Tiefgarage super. Frühstück ist vielfältig. Jedoch sollte mehr Personal eingesetzt werden, das vieles lange nicht nachgefüllt wurde.

Sehr gute Lage in Ulm. Das Hotelpersonal sowie Personal beim Frühstück (Hotel Sternen) war jedoch stark überfordert. Uns wurde ein falsches Zimmer zugeteilt. Anstelle des gebuchten Zimmers im Boutique Hotel, wurde uns ein Zimmer im Hotel Sternen zugeteilt. Nach unserer Beanstandung konnten wir das Zimmer wechseln und ein Zimmer im Boutique Hotel beziehen. Weiter funktionierten die Zimmerkarten nicht. Mussten diese mehrmals an der Rezeption nachladen lassen. Beim Frühstückbuffet (um 09:00 Uhr) war kein Brot mehr vorhanden! Nachdem wir nachgefragt hatten, wurde uns gesagt "das kann noch etwas dauern bis neues kommt". Weiter funktionierte der Nachschub sowohl bei Gläsern wie auch beim Essen (Fleisch und Früchte) nicht. Auch die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht, da der Satzbehälter voll war. Das Personal sah all diese Mängel nicht und musste von den Gästen drauf aufmerksam gemacht werden. Leider können wir dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.
