I have stayed here many times to through the years. This time it was disappointing because everything was closed. The bar, the gondola, basically the whole resort. I wish when I booked it would have specified those things because I could have stayed closer to town.

This area is beautiful all around. Mountain views was beautiful from the hot tub and so peaceful in the early morning.

This place was great to stay at. Beds and pilows were extremely comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and we had a pretty view. The only thing that they could do is update the bathrooms. Even though it was dated, the bathroom was very clean.

The Vintage Hotel rooms need to be remodeled and upgraded. The beds and pillows were very comfortable which is the most important thing, however the carpet, walls, kitchen and bathrooms are all very old. We got a room with a fireplace, and it didn't work which was such a disappointment for me because that is main reason why I picked that particular room. The front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel is located right next to a small 2.5-minute gondola ride that can transport you free to the village square next to the hotel which is very nice and convenient.

Beautiful room, quiet, clean and comfortable bed. Would have appreciated being provided with a map of the of the village, info and detergent in the laundry room and local restaurants and things to do. Excellent value. Coffee and tea in the lobby should be provided at the minimum.
