Water as soon as we got to the hotel @ 4pm was cold in shower. Sink was hot,there wasn’t a lot of people there yet. We told the front desk and maintenance wasn’t there. Told them the following day they said it was due to all the people. We booked this hotel by accident as we had a bad experience the year before. Staff was nice but never fixed the water and we stayed 3 nights, of lukewarm water

Breakfast was delicious with so many choices. The staff was very friendly and made sure your needs were met. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I plan to stay here again when I return to Cleveland.

The rooms were clean and looks like they recently had a refresh. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. This was one of the first times I reserved a wheelchair accessible room online, and actually got a wheelchair accessible room when I checked in!
