Clean, courteous staff, great location; nice views; nice social event on Thursday evening; nice breakfast that you pay for - but not actually a buffet- you order the hot food and the staff bring it to you- and you can order another plate if needed - just a bit odd.

Our room was not clean. We found hair on the walls in the bathroom. A contact lens from a previous person was on the floor. The bathroom sink had a dirt grime ring around the edges. The quilt had a bodily fluid stain on it that was yellowish in color.

Very disappointing you cannot provide breakfast for the price we pay to stay there. You promote a breakfast buffet yet my husband asked for some additional eggs and potatoes and your server said no the buffet is the cold food. Very disappointing.

A mechanical whirring sound persisted all night long, waking me multiple times throughout the night and affecting my sleep. It was torture trying to sleep in that room with that noise. Secondly, you can hear every single step from the guests upstairs with loud creaking of the wood with every step. Never have I been to a hotel where I hear the upstairs guest footsteps. Walls are paper thin. I heard every guest walking down the hallway speaking, word for word. They were only speaking, not yelling. Overall, extremely noisy hotel between the all night long mechanical whirring sound in the room, neighbors upstairs walking around, and being able to hear regular voiced people walking down the hallway. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

The front desk staff were phenomenal — always friendly, professional, and eager to help. Their kindness made a stressful trip a little easier. The location was also ideal, being in close proximity to the Children’s Hospital, which was the main reason for my stay. However, the breakfast situation was terrible and confusing. It wasn’t clear what was offered or when, and the setup felt disorganized. A little more clarity and consistency there would make a world of difference.

Was at this facility about 2 months ago, the breakfast that came with the cost of the room was okay, this time they wanted $10. The cooked options were more expensive and limited, as a vegetarian I was disappointed. Since I would not be having the meat products that came with cooked meal I expected a reduction in price. Loved the fact that the floors were not all carpet, made it feel cleaner. Spaciousness, clean & bright. The hotel is in a perfect location to Garden of the gods and Pikes peak. Great views as well.

The room was really nice! Great mattress. Probably the best night of sleep in a hotel ever! Easy check in. The front desk person was really nice and very accommodating. Would’ve been nice to have a fan in the bathroom! Other than that it’s excellent!
