Not bad stay.

Stay was not bad at all. Had issues with the AC which wasn’t too bad because the weather was cold. And saw a couple roaches. Other than that. Stay was ok.

This hotel was in a great location… easy access to Greenville (back road to avoid 175) and close to lots of shopping, eating and a mall. Room was clean, staff was great. No complaints at all.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! Bathroom is NOT same as the pictures!!! Bathroom pucs DO NOT exist in this hotel!! Shower water all over the bathroom floor, theres no tub. Floor swings to one side. Front desk black guy was very rude did not care totally disrespectful!

Upon arrival they said they did not have the room we booked available. (We did arrive late, but I did call to let them know what time we would be arriving) the front desk agent said if I didn’t register for honors I would need to pay for Internet 14.99 per night, never heard that before. Then he said he put us in a handicap 2 queen room and we would have more room than the SUITE we request, the room was so small and we found dirty underwear in the bathroom. Not impressed with this stay.

Awful beds

The hotel itself is well maintained and the breakfast is what you’d expect, not great but not awful. However, the bed and pillows were by far the worst we’ve ever slept on. I wouldn’t stay here again due to this fact.

My only recommendation is that someone take a look at the water temperature in the tub. It was either hot or scalding. I finally figured out that the lever needs to be straight up in order to get warm water. Thank you.

Had some concerns about the neighborhood as we couldn't get in the front door without the front desk buzzing us in. Felt safe inside the building I could hear the highway traffic all night, which was unexpected
