The resort has great amenities and facilities such as a state-of-the-art clubhouse that features a business center, kitchen, fitness center and spa, a lazy river, and a resort-style swimming pool with water slides and a splash park, a restaurant & bar, a playground, and many sports courts. In addition, guests can enjoy kayaking and mini golf activities throughout the community.

The four bedrooms are furnished with two KingSize beds, one in the bedroom with shared bathroom on the ground floor and the other in the main master bedroom upstairs, a pair of FullSize beds on each of the other two bedrooms of the second floor. The washer/dryer with a shared bathroom is also in the upper floor.

* We charge a refundable damage deposit of $200. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
