Overall the hotel is excellent. Always a pleasure to stay in this property, the only complain I have is the shuttle driver that picked us up from the airport on Sunday afternoon. He was a rude unprofessional person, making not nice comments to another passenger regarding how unhappy he is working in Florida.

Overall I enjoyed my stay as it was clean, staff was amazing and bed was comfortable. The hotel room I stayed in is beginning to show age as the reflective material was spectating frown bathroom mirror, light switch in lamp did not work, bathroom exhaust fan did not work and trim around doors is missing some paint chips. I would stay again.

Prices for goods such as water, food, and drinks very expensive like you would expect at a very nice hotel. However what you get is filthy carpets, shabby furniture, and a general run down condition. Disappointing Hilton.
