"Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Good breakfast and restaurant. Just outside is the carriage to Neuschwanstein. We had a room on the third floor with a view of the Castle, and felt like a princess in this hotel."

"Hotel is in a very central location and receptionist was very welcoming. Breakfast was good. The room could have been better, the bed was not the comfiest and bathroom was outdated with the door hitting the toilet seat when almost fully open and the shower head does need an update."
