Wooden covered surfaces thorough the interior , several mirrors and large windows prevail the area in order to create a continuity into the spaces and blare the lines of inside and out. A discreet nostalgia of retro aesthetic in which the architect wanted to create an unrivalled version of 50's vibes tangled carefully with a modern perspective.

Mustard and orange tones intepresent the colours of warm sunset while touches of black and brown embody the pristine Cretan land.



INTERIOR

As the guest enters this 270sqm villa he first encounters an impressive hall and staircase that leads him on first floor. Staying on ground floor, on his left hand he will meet an open plan living room kitchen and dining area with direct access to the pool & Bbq area. Tastefully furnished and equipped with high end appliances everything he might need during his stay is there (fridge, microwave, oven, hob, filter coffee machine & Nespresso, dishwasher, boiler, multi, toaster, kitchen ware & uttensils and a 64' smart Tv with Netflix.)

On his right hand, he will find a first Wc, a seperate laundry room (washing machine & dryer are available) and the first two bedrooms with ensuite full bathrooms (one of them consists a king-size double bed, while the other has 2 single beds).

Moving upstairs, he will find 4 more bedrooms (3 of them with king-size bed and 1 with two single beds.) All bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers and are equipped with anatomic matresses , hair dryers and a 43' smart Tv with netflix.

Furthermore, 3 of the upstairs bedrooms have private balconies overlooking either the sea and the pool or the mountains on the back.

Complimentary wifi is available thorough the villa (inside and out) while airconditioning is available in all spaces.



EXTERIOR

In the front of the property, one can see a private 70sqm (1.5 deep) pool that includes a children's pool perfect to ensure that your little ones use it safely. Adittioanaly a 3seater non heated jacuzzi will provide moments of ultimate relaxation.

All exterior high end furniture such us sunbeds, puff beds, outdoor living room and dining area maximise comfort and is where the group either of family /friends or couples will spend most of their time.

On the back of the property, you will find a spacious lawn yard covered with a large children playground.

Skaleta is one of the first-developed areas in Rethymno in terms of tourism. This was because it has a long sandy beach and a strategic point that it is close to many attractions and interest places in Crete that any traveller would like to visit. Laid on top of the hill above Skaleta, our villa has beautiful views of the sea and is in walking distance from the closest beach, taverna and minimarket. Furthermore, it is is in walking distance to the bus stop with frequent buses to Rethymno and Panormo village (every 30min) or Heraklion and Bali beaches (every 1hour). All the above, make it an ideal location for any kind of traveller, whether you are a family with children, a group of friends or couples!

Renting a car is advisable in order to be more flexible, however it is also possible to move around on feer or by bus!

Guests are responsible to ensure that the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival.

The number of guest should not exceed the number referred at the rental agreement. We do not hold any responsibility for the extra people.

While all pools are built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization, parents have full responsibility for supervising their children. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the pool or hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. Diving is also prohibited.
