"Cant understand how in the world this hotel has 4*, and so good reviews(!) Rooms dont have cofee/tea or even soaps and stuff. Noisy hotel, and staff dont understand or speak good english, or then they pretend they dont, and wont just listen. Waiste of money, dont go here."

The hotel area was also clean and the cleaning was done every day. The beach was within walking distance and you could also take the bus to Palma. "
