The Space:

Steel framing and expansive glazing define the home’s architectural character, creating refined, light-filled interiors with soaring ceilings, generous proportions and a natural connection to the surrounding landscape. The open-plan kitchen and dining area extends seamlessly to the covered entertaining deck and heated plunge pool, bringing indoor and outdoor living together with ease.



A secondary living room with a wood-burning fireplace introduces warmth and intimacy within the clean architectural envelope, offering a quieter retreat separate from the main entertaining spaces. Dining is curated in partnership with Villeroy & Boch, with selected tableware complementing the home’s contemporary design language and remaining onsite as part of the permanent collection.



Four ensuite bedrooms provide privacy and comfort, each thoughtfully designed with natural materials and soft finishes. The master suite features a freestanding bath and a striking glass-lined daybed overlooking the neighbouring park — an architectural moment designed to maximise light, outlook and connection to the landscape.

Sara Dining, our on-site restaurant located at Moraea Farm, delivers world-class dining experiences led by one of Australia's most accomplished young chefs, formerly the youngest hatted chef in the country. Celebrating the finest local produce, Sara Dining creates seasonal, local produce-driven menus. Open Thursday to Sunday, bookings are essential. Private dining is available now from Sara Dining for Linnaeus guests by prior arrangement, offering a bespoke, in-residence experience, please ask for more information.

Rubus Pink forms part of the Linnaeus Collection, a curated portfolio of seven private residences across Berry, NSW, accommodating 70+ guests across the Collection. Each residence is independently experienced yet unified by considered hospitality, offering the privacy of a home with the cohesion and standards of a professionally managed portfolio.



All guests of the Linnaeus Collection have the option to book a private animal feeding session at Moraea Farm, where resident Highland cows, goats, sheep and chickens form part of the wider Berry experience. Subject to availability.



Linnaeus Collection properties are located within five minutes of each other, Berry village and the coastline, allowing larger groups to curate multiple residences while remaining seamlessly connected.

• Please contact us within 24 hours of booking, and no later than 7 business days prior to arrival, for any requests relating to additional guests beyond the standard configuration, split king beds, additional bedding, pet applications, or any other special requirements. All requests are subject to approval and additional charges may apply

• 50% deposit required for bookings 30+ days in advance
