Great Trip

The beach area was beautiful and we love the tiny palm trees on the beach area. I am very sensitive to light and we had natural shade. Our condo was spectacular everything and then more.

Everything went well except when we tried to enter the facility. We were given the wrong code and were unable to contact the property manager. We figured out that the code was the same as the door code, so successfully entered. Other than that slight issue everything else was perfect.

My issues versus other beach condo I've stayed in. 1) The triangle suite was a little odd.2) The shag like carpet was outdated. 3) The master bath was cramped, the shower was tiny, and the daycare sized toilet was unacceptable. 4)

This condo is wonderful. It’s spacious and was super clean. The master bedroom is to die for. It’s huge with floor to ceiling windows offering a beautiful view of the gulf. Only downside is the parking garage, very tight parking and hard to navigate, especially if driving a truck. Otherwise, perfect stay.

This condo was very clean and well equiped for our stay. There were a couple of maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but the unit's location (right on the sand beach) and it's amenities (2 pools, gym, outdoor grill area) more than made up for it.

Great view, nice location, clean property. Toilet broke and property manager wasn’t able to get it fixed during the visit. Dishwasher is leaky and dryer squeals. Otherwise good and would recommend.

Review of sunny beachfront condo

The condo was nice but showing wear & tear with age. They need to do some up dating. They had a lot of Christmas things sitting around which added to the holiday spirit. The TV in the living room was flickering on the right side the whole time which could indicate it is fixing to go out soon. Overall we had a pleasant stay, but thought the place would have been nicer than it ended up being. The entrance gate stayed open for 3 days which did not make us feel secure. They fixed it on day 4. Also the bed was up too high up for my 5 foot wife that they brought us a step stool for her to climb into bed. It was awkward to use but we managed. We are retired and in our 70s and were very surprised to see there were no safety grab bars in the showers. We were disappointed overall.
