Labor Day weekend getaway

The Townhouse was absolutely as advertised. It was very nice, clean and updated. Located on a great area of Caseville. The owner and his daughter Katie were vert accomodating. We would recommend this place to stay and we will definitely return.

Well-located, quiet neighborhood

My husband and I were in town for a family reunion weekend. This property was more than we needed for ourselves and our small dog, and would be excellent for two couples or a family (main level and garden level master suites with en-suite full baths, and a third twin-bed room). Upstairs there’s an open-plan great room with kitchen and livingroom, plus roomy laundry room and powder room. Downstairs, besides the two bedrooms and one full bath, there is a roomy family room. Both levels have large flat-screen TVs. The lower level opens onto a patio on the banks of a river, while the upstairs has a balcony with outdoor dining and grill. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities as our activities were at a family member’s home nearby. The unit appears to have had some recent contemporary upgrades, which enhance the overall appeal. The unit is dog-friendly for well-behaved, small- to medium-sized dogs. It’s a very quiet neighborhood of well-kept yards, within walking distance of a popular restaurant. For the hardier walkers, it’s just a few blocks from downtown Caseville’s amenities. We would definitely choose this property again.
