i didn't interact with the staff a lot, but the two or so times were pleasant. and the free cookies at check in were good. the location was convenient for getting on/off the interstate and there were some solid restaurants near by. minor downside being the toilet seat was broken and im not quite sure how that got overlooked while prepping the room. but just a minor inconvenience. it did also take the shower a while to warm up, but it was a cold weekend so that and the number of other guests may be a factor. overall though, things were good enough for my short stay.

The room was spacious and I like that the sink is outside the room with the shower. However, there is zero sound damping between floors. I could hear everything going on in the floor above us. People just walking around sounded like elephants. It was so loud it woke me up from sleeping. I had to put ear plugs in. The sofa in the room was very tired and in need of replacement or at least a good cleaning. I probably wouldn't stay here again mostly because of how loud it is from the rooms around the room you are in.
