"We liked very much of the location and the breakfast, and the staff was very helpful and joyful. The room and the toilet were bit small but we managed. What I didn't like was the constant noise almost every day. Someone was slapping the door, talking loudly and sounded like stomping the floor upstairs or something. Maybe you could do something to improve the soundproofing?"
