Nice property and very helpful staff. They are helpful with local info and places to see etc. TV screen damaged- not their fault and said they would alert maintenance. Pretty close to ferry if you need to walk- it is an uphill 4 blocks but doable for us easily.

It was a clean simple motel stay with excellent water access and a nice view of Fisherman's bay Only complaint was our upstairs neighbors were a bit loud (I suspect they were locals) but we were off-season on a Friday night, it was fine.
