Dear Tom,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback in regards to your stay at the Westerwood. I am very disappointed to read that you did not enjoy your stay at the hotel on Saturday evening particularly the feedback on our team as normally the feedback we receive on our team is excellent. In terms of bar food, we serve food in our Grill restaurant during the daytime and then evening meals in Flemings restaurant located on the ground floor of the hotel.
