Horrible experience! My room didn't have hot water. We were soaking wet from a soccer game in the rain and I expressed the urgency to fix it. Took over 2 hours to get us somewhat warm water. Horrible communication from staff. Construction happening on roof causing unbearably loud noises. Coffee machine in lobby put of order. Pool out of order. They finally moved us to anew room but the manager Andrew refused to compensate us. He even sent us an email saying our erexperience was unacceptable and we needed to contact hotels.com for a refund, but then denied the refund. The noise was so loud I had a headache. He said quiet hours weren't until 9 so they were allowed to be noisy. Apparently the hotel is under new ownership. Andrew refuses to let me speak with thd owner. I hope the owner realizes hope Andrew is treating guests.This hotel stay ruined my plans and ruined me and my daughters weekend.

The hotel was ok. The swimming pool was out of order which was disappointing. The room was generally clean but someone had left a chewed piece of gum stuck to the headboard and the window had something smeared all over the outside of it. It was on the outside, but clearly needed cleaned. Price was good, so I wasn't too upset about it.

The staff was pleasant. Carpet in our room had prominent stains. Elevators had spilled drinks, wrappers, food. Just had the sense that there was not enough staff to keep things clean.

The location was excellent. The proximity to restaurants and bars was ideal and the gas station across the street was well stocked with snacks. I enjoyed the chilled Buzz Balls and variety of snacks. The hotel was very clean with a fantastic commons area where I watched the World Series. The free coffee and cocoa bar was an unexpected treat. My room was comfortable and clean. The absolute cherry on top was the Pharmacopia bath product line featured. Thank you Andrew and Tiffany for your hard work in keeping the environment welcoming.
