Das toll gelegene 5 Sterne Hotel verdient seine Sterne niemals, allerhöchstens knapp 4. Ausschlaggebend ist der mangelhafte Service in diesem Hotel, der in den meisten Bereichen oft unfreundlich und meist unkompetent ist. Viele Mitarbeiter können nicht oder kaum Englisch sprechen. Die Hotelrechnung wurde uns doppelt verrechnet; der Fehler wurde lange den externen Kreditkarten zugeschoben, obwohl der Fehler letztlich an der Rezeption lag. Im Zimmer hatten wir eine Kakerlake!!! Und so gäbe es noch einiges mehr zu berichten. Der Preis und die Dienstleistung stimmt in diesem Hotel nicht überein, obwohl die Lage und die Rahmenbedingungen perfekt wären. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend und das Pool mit seiner Aussicht einzigartig. Trotzdem, wir können dieses Hotel nicht oder nur ganz bedingt empfehlen.

Neues Hotel mit Kinderkrankheiten

Cons: Koordination zwischen Managment und Staff
Sehr schönes Bad- und Schlafzimmer, Menue für Roomservice nach 23.00 Uhr ist sehr enttäuschend und zum Teil nicht erhältlich, bestellter Wake-up-call ist nie erfolgt, grosse Auswahl zum Früstück, leider vieles nicht heiss genug
