Booked a room which said it was a king size bed which had a split down the middle of the bed so most properly two large singles together and also two separate bed sheets so when booked as a couple wasn’t what I expected. Also I booked spa visit on my booking but only found out on arrival that it’s limited to 3 visits basically one visit per night. This should be clearly mentioned when booking as every hotel I’ve ever stayed in this hasn’t been a problem when really it’s only the pool we wanted to use. When we went down the staff shrugged and said it was a small charge if we wanted to use the extra day $20 pp isn’t a small charge in my opinion. I stayed in the building next to the hotel I assume it’s newer but the showers are not useable as it trickles down

The place is great, the staff not so much. If you do an early check inn, people at the reception look very friendly. However for late ones 6-7pm not so much, but I think that is more al in all Europe. Anyway, the location is great as well as the facilities.

Decent hotel with superb breakfast. Let down because between 01/Sept and 01/April they turn the air conditioning off. Our room exceeded 25 degrees first night. External noise (drunks in courtyard) meant Windows open wasn’t great option. We had to beg a portable fan, which was reluctantly provided.

The hotel is in a convenient location - close to the bus/tram stops and just a short walk to the old town. Super views from the viewing area at the top of the hotel, but be careful if you go up there when it's dark as there was no lighting and had to use phone torches to see where we were going

Close to the river and easy to get a taxi ride because it's on the edge of the old town. Walkable, 5 minutes away from the center of the old town, with bars starting 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel was well located just minutes walk from the number 22 airport bus stop. Just on the outskirts of the Ild Town again minutes walk from plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee houses. The Spa was excellent with a nice pool, two saunas, a steam room and a hydrotherapy pool. On the downside, the rooms are quite dark with small windows and tall buildings outside. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.
