"Huoneen ikkunaa ei saanut kiinni, joten huoneessa oli kylmä niin kuin muuten koko talossa. Vettä sai valuttaa minuuttitolkulla, että tarkeni peseytyä. Ei hissiä, kuuluvuus käytävästä ja naapurihuoneista liian hyvä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen, aamiainen hyvin perinteinen englantilainen. Ei siis vihanneksia, vain raskasta ruokaa. Sijainti oli hyvä, helppo kulkea, eri paikkoihin "
