The hotel itself is clean with a very friendly staff. I paid for an upgrade of “partial beach view” and instead it was the parking lot of a restaurant next door with a tiny peek of the water. It was loud due to the restaurant’s morning deliveries. The street parking is on a questionably safe road. Rooms were lovely but the bathroom hot water faucet leaked and made a mess all over the counter & our items. Maybe some honesty about what a “view” really means as I would not have paid for the upgrade.

Pool, hot tub not working. Marina beach closed do bacteria, not the hotels fault obviously. Valet is required although parking is abundant. Bathroom door didnt shut, cracks in the bathroom wall, and marina view was more of a view of the restaurant below. Hit up the vending machine on our floor to get a coke that expired in july of 2022. Really disappointed for the price, will never visit again. Literally any hotel in the area would have been better

We were not informed in advance of the $50 parking fee, nor that the pool and spa would be closed and drained. Additionally, there was constant and excessive jackhammering in the pool and spa area throughout the day, which made our stay very uncomfortable. Due to these issues, we were only able to stay for 2 nights of our planned 8-night reservation before deciding to leave. We were not reimbursed for the 5 nights we didn't stay. Do not stay at this hotel

We enjoy the vibe of this hotel and nice location. The hotel is clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The beachside bar and restaurant is worth stopping by for drinks and appetizers or a light meal. There were some renovations happening this visit but it wasn’t disruptive.

The staff was friendly and helpful. First night I got in there was no hot water. They had an issue with hot water heater,that and I’ve flown all day so I wasn’t able to take a shower and they said they would do something and I don’t think anything was done I wasn’t comped anything or that would’ve been pleasant.
