This review will be both positive and extremely critical of the property.Positives:- Beautifully designed with wonderful art pieces.- Clean for the most part.- Parking/location ideal (close beach access).- Very spacious.- Well-stocked kitchen.- Hot water temperature outstanding.- Appliances worked as advertised.- Communication/response times were reasonable. Negatives (VRBO verified repairs needed for me to return):- Health hazard: MOLD (not pictured at booking), water stains on the ceilings (not pictured). Roof/water leak is evident (breeds mold, which you can smell in the walls; recommend remove walls/wet insulation to dry thoroughly).- Dehumidifier upstairs drains to one bathroom sink. It's very ineffective due to abundance of humidity inside home.- AC was not working properly, limited to 70F (lowest); inside temps exceeded 79F with high 80/90Fs outside (appeared to be controlled remotely). Very hot sleepless nights.- Unusable closets (packed with rugs and non-essentials), placed luggage on floor in bedrooms.- Only 2 ceiling fans (in general living spaces); all bedrooms need them - wiring is there already (would help with cooling).- Stains on walls/some furniture.- Bidets (3) were wobbly (a nuisance).- Garage available, but too small to park and too much stuff inside.- Dead bugs/spider webs at entry (oversight by cleaners, do outside also).- Blown microwave light.Thanks for your attention to this review!
