When we booked this it was a Club Quarters, and we weren't informed there had been any change of management by Ebookers or the hotel, which was disappointing. We phoned to check the hotel had the booking the week before we were due to arrive and they had us down for the wrong room type. Fortunately they were able to correct this after the phone call, as we discovered when we arrived, because the hotel did not reply to my email. The location is great. We were there for a vacation and found it easy to travel around, it's very near several metro stops. Also there are plenty of shops and restaurants very close by. The room was described as a "suite" but really was just a slightly larger room, with a "kitchenette" at one end of it. It was perfectly adequate though, after we adjusted our expectations of what a "suite" should be. The bathroom was quite spacious compared to other hotels, with a shower over a bath. It was all fairly clean, but the whole place is in need of significant re-decoration, it all looks worn out. The air-con was fine, there was chilled water available on all floors and ice on floor 3. The elevators are a bit dodgy but they work fine, one of them just displays the wrong floor number. When it used to be Club Quarters I think you had to swipe your room key to activate the elevator, but now the elevators work without any swiping, which made us a little concerned regarding security. Also there was no safe in the room, which we had expected.

Hotel is very quiet and location is nice next to many attractions.There was free wine service every evening and wide screens.
