"Luxurious place to stay and enjoy your summer holiday. We enjoyed the spa and relaxation area and visited Eagle's Nest. The buses to Eagle's Nest are within a very short (10-minute) walking distance. We also had an excellent dinner at the hotel's restaurant, which holds two Michelin stars."

Valet parking toimi paremmin kuin odotimme, matkatavarat oli pakattu autoon ja auto odotti valmiina ulkona. Hotellin shuttle Kitziin toimi myös kesällä. Aamupala oli erittäin laadukas. "

"We were lucky to have great heat in weather while visiting, which means we missed AC and a fridge a lot in the room to keep us comfortable. Room was good all in all, but pillows horribly flat as typical for hotels and the layout in the room was a bit odd. We Loved the pool area and the bathrope in the room, the signs of pool area and staff english skills could be better. Complimentary parking big plus!"
