The room was nice and clean and spacious. Location convenient and great to have free parking. At breakfast there was no one doing fried eggs (you had to ask a member of staff, which wasn’t obvious despite the menu stating eggs cooked to your liking). As a result, my wife thought there were only scrambled eggs available, which were horrible. Rest of the breakfast was fab though.

Bring your own pillows and face flannel. Pillows are small. Nothing provided to wash yourself like a flannel or a shower scrunchy.

There were unnecessary parking problems as the stadium was being prepared for a concert and their security blocked / managed the hotel parking.

Perfect location

Pros: Everything - it just suited us completely
Cons: The lift and door key was a bit of a fiddle - but in the grand scheme of things this was hardly a problem.
Location: Good for us. Just out of the city centre and a 10 minute stroll in for us.
A calm quiet atmosphere with very helpful and pleasant staff.

perfectly reasonable hotel

Bit of a walk from the town centre and attached to a football ground so may want to look at the fixtures but it was modern, rooms are good size and clean.

Top quality hotel very close to the city centre

Friendly staff, great room, fantastic price. My only issue was having to control the lift with our checking card, which seemed to make lift use difficult. Maybe it's just me! Otherwise, wonderful hotel, delicious full English breakfast, good check out times too. Thank you for a great base for our fun filled weekend!
