"I have stayed in many Scandics during the years and was very disappointed of the quality in this one. Room was very hot and humid, minibar was as night stand right by the bed. I booked separate beds but got double bed. Customer service was quite poor when complaining about the hot and humid room, just comment we are aware of that problem - nothing else, not even regretting. Not asking if you have Scandic membership card. Breakfast was excellent."
