Staff in sweatpants and sweatshirts. Pool closed, hot tub broke and treadmill broke . Elevator doesn’t look like it had been cleaned in 6 months, air freshener in the elevator was so strong you had to take the stairs. Room was filthy, urine and hairs all over the base of the toilet, old wash cloth ...
