Our stay in the Buffalo Lodge was exactly what I had hoped it would be: remote-ish, private, cozy, and very relaxing! Andrea was the perfect hostess! Additionally, she provided a wide variety of breakfast items. I did not expect that.

We only stayed for a night ahead of our day trip into Palo Duro Canyon. It was a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and breakfast had a lot of options. It's a great place to stay.

My pillow had a blood stain on it and they just tried to put a pillow case over it. The breakfast said it lasted till 9:30, but they stop putting fresh food out at 9. This roadside motel was better than I thought it would be, some smelly neighbors outside (cow pens), but clean and redone inside where the smell did not exist. No other amenities to speak of. I would not hesitate to crash here on a late night again.
