Was disappointed that the website failed to mention the Lounge was closed for renovations and we went to a cold hot tub because the staff failed to mention the tub pump was broken earlier that day but staff and amenities were great

Fairmont Empress
Love staying here, the atmosphere is cool, the staff is amazing. It’s the perfect location. Love all the history behind the hotel and the high tea. It’s something everyone should experience at least once.
