Great location close to the main train station. No elevator meant hauling bags up several flights of stairs. The front desk hours were a concern when our train was delayed but we did get to check in before the desk was closed. When we left early in the morning, there was no way to lock our door (with a key) and leave the key at the desk. I put the key in the second floor housekeeping room which was unlocked.

Bensons is one of the best 3-star hotels that I have experienced in many a long year. It is set in a quiet street just a stone's throw from Aachen main station, and within a 10 minute walk of the Main City Square with its excellent restaurants. The service is friendly, the breakfast is adapted to your own particular tastes, the rooms are well-appointed with those little touches like mineral water and fruit, and the Reception team is extremely helpful. When I next return to Aachen, I'll stay nowhere else.. are extremely helpful. water y s

Schönes Hotel mit teils alten Schränken

Hotel im super Zustand. Neue und alte Möbel gemischt aber funktional und sehr bequem. Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer daher sehr warm wenn draußen Heiß. Uns wurde eine Ventilator angeboten. Frühstück war echt nett hergerichtet und super lecker. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrt.
