The hotel is well situated and was easy to find from where we were dropped off from the airport bus. Reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room overlooking Dokk1 on the 9th floor was nice if a little tired. The bathroom was very clean and perfectly adequate for our needs. Not sure how loud it would have been had we kept the balcony door open overnight as the trams rumbling by regularly and the clicking noise from the crossings could still be heard with the door closed. We had already made a booking for Saturday’s breakfast as per the communication from the hotel, but were told to book for the other days of our stay too as it’s still summer and the hotel was full. Breakfast itself was delicious and the self service worked well. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or a designated bar, which didn’t affect us as we had intended to eat out anyway, and you can buy drinks from the reception area. There’s an option to have housekeeping or not and for 4 nights, we chose not to bother. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

No phone in the room, so no wake-up call and unable to call another room. No kleenex. You had to book breakfast via a QR code and receptionists were reluctant to book you. No accessible toilet at reception- you had to go down a longish flight of stairs. Breakfast very good.
