Staff are amazing! We went wanting a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, it doesn’t have them, just a sauna. The room we got was massive which was nice but facing the road and was soooo noisy 😞 parking is free if you book directly with the hotel and £6 if booking through a 3rd party. The room doesnt have a fridge as advertised.

Very friendly staff and we like refurb downstairs. Breakfast was also terrific. Staff on hand on reception on Friday night was too sparce, meaning queues to check in. Rooms need updating. Would stay again.

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very enjoyable with a good choice of continental and cooked options. Hot plates and hot food with good service. Would highly recommend.
