The White House has deteriorated substantially since I stayed several years ago. It appeared to be under some renovations currently. The key I was given initially was to a room that was already occupied.

The beds were terrible, the room sink was disgusting, the room was 90 degrees when we got in it and even after I turned the heat dial down it remained hot, a/c wasn’t working, opened a window, giant hole in the screen, toilet was plugged, all the halls were full of old mattresses and frames guess they are renovating. Check in lady was pleasant enough but gave us keys right away to a room that was already occupied. That’s a $40/night hotel and if that’s all I would have paid I wouldn’t be surprised, unfortunately I paid much more and It was the only room available in Aberdeen on Expedia. Would not stay there again.

Not bad for last minute. Room was decent, clean and presentable. Did kinda give me The conjuring vibes but the the staff was nice and the shower had HOT water for days. BOILING HOT like we like it.

We booked online and when we arrived we rang and rang at the desk to no avail. Finally we walked the halls and found them on another floor. Not sure what they were doing. They unapologetically checked us in. The place is very rundown and the room was basic. No coffee maker, microwave or blow dryer. The toilet ran continuously. There was no coffee or breakfast offered either.

The carpet wasn't vacuumed. The tub/shower was dirty. 1 towel looked like someone wiped their dirty boots with it and hung it back up. 1 wash cloth was dirty. Bedside lights next to the bed didn't work; the switch was broken.

Bed bugs and animal hair everywhere. Clumps of dirt or mold in the vents, on the window sills and in the ac units. Noisy neighbors blasting music or television at 1 am. The receptionist was never at the front desk. Also, the hotel is right next to an active railroad. So you constantly get disturbed by trains blaring their horns.

This place is disgusting! Urine dried on the bathroom floor, the toilet seat wasnt even cleaned, there is a leak in the roof, heat BARELY WORKS, I am truly surprised they dont offet an hourly rate! Unbelievable

Strong smell of aerosol when arrived. Overbearing. Almost affected my breathing. Outside trash bins over flowing with garbage. Garbage on grounds Barely anything laid out for breakfast. No tissues in tissue box near bathroom. Light in shower burned out. Towels worn out. I would never stay here again!! If you can stand the smell, good luck!

Didn’t even stay there. The whole building smells like rotting garbage. Walked inside and rang the bell. No one came to the front desk to check me in. It smelled so bad I just left. Lots of shady people around. Looks like a great place to get mugged.

The Room stunk like cigarette smoke , i had to air the room out several times with windows open , No breakfast there at 8 in the morning but a few bagels and dry cereal, i checked out a day early to with NO Refund , they said to call Expidia but NO Phone number available .. We call to let them know William was going to be a late check-in. When he got there, no one was at the front desk. He tried calling their number and got no response. When we reached out to Hotels.com, they couldn’t contact them either.
