Step into our welcoming duplex 2-bedroom apartment, covering 928 square feet in Oasis 2, Masdar City, Abu Dhabi. Upon entry, you`ll encounter a convenient half bathroom to your left, leading to a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen on the lower level.

Ascend to the upper level to find two cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a lavish queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, thoughtfully stocked with bathrobe, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion for your comfort. Meanwhile, the second bedroom provides a Trundle bed, ideal for accommodating two guests with ease.

To ensure your convenience, we have placed a hairdryer, ironing board, and iron in the cabinet. With its well-planned design and contemporary amenities, our duplex apartment guarantees a comfortable stay at the core of Masdar City.

Pets are welcome at our property, but prior approval is required. After booking, a payment request for the pet fee and a refundable pet security deposit will be sent to you. We allow only house-trained cats and dogs, and a maximum of two pets are permitted

Please let us know in advance if you would like to avail of any of these amenities. Additional charges may apply for certain items.
- All guests will be required to share a photo of their ID through messenger once the reservation is confirmed.

- All trash must be placed inside the bins provided. Leaving trash outside of the bins will result in a AED500 fine.

- Pets are allowed.

- There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home. A fee starting at AED500 will be applied if there is any smell or sign of smoking inside the home.

- Early Check in and Late Checkout is available upon request (Depending on availability, not guaranteed) for an additional fee. Late checkout must be requested 24 hours in advance. Any late checkout requested less than 24 hours before will be denied.

- Checkout is by 11am. Any late checkout without permission will be charged a AED100 fee. Please respect our checkout time as our cleaners need the time to prepare our home for the next guests.

- We can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests at any given time. It`s for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners. If desired, guests may have up to 4 guests with an extra guest fee of AED150/night per guest (with permission from host).

- You will be assigned a designated parking area and all vehicles must park in the assigned area.

- Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!

- Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.

- No parties or events.

- No fireworks of any kind.

- No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.

- Please no food or drinks on the bed.

- Use all community amenities at your own risk.

- Decorative items are not for use. Removal or Destruction of any items in the home will be subject to a fine.

- Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.

- We do not accept any reservation changes within 30 days of the check-in date, except for extensions. We will not approve requests to shorten your stay or adjust the dates to a later period. If you`re unable to make your reserved dates, please cancel your reservation at your earliest convenience.

**We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.

As a guest of Luxury Duplex 2BR Oasis in Masdar City, you'll find barbecue grills, laundry facilities, and dry cleaning/laundry services. The front desk is open around the clock.
