Paraiso del Sur is a residential complex in the beautiful coastal village of Playa Paraiso, on the south coast of Tenerife. The village boasts a beautiful sandy beach with palm trees, crystal clear coves and is home to several 5 star hotels, including the famous 'Hard Rock' hotel and the newly opened H10 Atlantic Sunset.
The complex has a magnificent swimming pool for adults, a children's pool and a large outdoor area ideal for children to play outdoors and from the same building there is access to the beautiful and recently opened promenade which is only 50 metres away and leads to Las Galgas Beach.
In the area there is a children's playground nearby, a wide variety of shops and restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, the Roca Mar shopping centre (where there is a SPA and gym), Rosa Center, etc.
The accommodation
Magnificent holiday studio flat completely refurbished in September 2022, modern and very well equipped to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. It has a magnificent balcony/terrace with beautiful views of the ocean and the island of La Gomera where you can enjoy the sun, the good weather, the fresh air and beautiful sunsets and sunsets.
The flat has a double bed of 1,40 x 2 mts, wardrobe and air conditioning.
It has a complete bathroom with washbasin, shower, toilet with tap, wardrobe and washing machine.
The living-dining room area has a double sofa-bed of 1,40 x 1,90 mts., a bar-dining room and a desk.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for everyday life.
The balcony/terrace has a dining table, a table for cooking on a plancha and a cupboard for storing suitcases and beach/pool accessories.
